2. What these terms cover
These terms cover the public information website and the social publishing integration described below. They do not grant a product licence, repository access, support entitlement, service level, consultancy engagement or right to use confidential material. A signed agreement or software licence takes priority for the subject it expressly covers.
3. Information and evidence boundaries
Website material is general information, not legal, regulatory, compliance, security or other professional advice. You remain responsible for deciding whether a product, design or practice is suitable for your circumstances.
Development observations, demonstrations, repository descriptions and roadmap statements are not promises of availability, certification, production readiness or future functionality. Product claims remain limited to the version, seam and environment described.
4. Neve social publishing integration
Neve is Atonimos’s own operational tooling, run by Atonimos on its own infrastructure. It drafts social media posts and short videos for the company’s own channels and publishes only to accounts Atonimos controls. The integration acts only for Atonimos; it does not act for third parties or process content belonging to anyone else.
Content may be drafted automatically, but no post is published without a person reading and approving that exact content. Approval is recorded. Nothing is posted by an automated decision alone.
5. Platform rules and ending access
Content published through the integration is also subject to the terms and community guidelines of the platform on which it appears, including TikTok or LinkedIn where applicable. Atonimos remains responsible for content published under accounts it controls.
The operator may disconnect a platform account at any time. That revokes stored authorisation and stops publication to it. Revocation through the platform has the same effect.
6. Intellectual property and open source
Atonimos and its licensors retain rights in this website, branding, documentation, product material and software except where an applicable open-source licence expressly grants rights. No trademark licence is granted by these terms.
Open-source code is governed by the licence and notices included with its exact repository version, not by this website summary. A link or ability to view a repository does not itself expand those rights.
7. Availability and liability
We may correct, change, suspend or withdraw website material or the social publishing integration. We do not promise that either will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. To the extent permitted by law, ATONIMOS LTD is not liable for business losses arising solely from reliance on general website or development material where no separate signed agreement applies.
8. Law, changes and contact
These terms and any non-contractual dispute concerning them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
