This policy covers this public website and the social publishing integration operated by Atonimos for accounts it controls.
2. This website
The website does not provide public accounts, a contact form, behavioural advertising, a marketing mailing list or optional analytics. If you email us, we process the address, message and related correspondence to review and respond to your enquiry.
Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, device or browser information, requested pages, timestamps and security logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
3. Neve social publishing integration
Neve is Atonimos’s own operational tooling, run by Atonimos on its own infrastructure to draft posts and short videos for the company’s own channels and publish only to accounts Atonimos controls. The integration acts only for Atonimos; it does not act for third parties or process content belonging to anyone else. The integration may process operator-controlled platform account identifiers, authorisation tokens, drafted and approved content, publication status, and approval or audit records.
Content may be drafted automatically, but a person reads and approves the exact content before publication. Nothing is published by an automated decision alone.
4. Purposes and lawful bases
- Deliver, secure and troubleshoot the website and integration, based on our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our systems.
- Review and respond to enquiries, based on legitimate interests, steps requested before a contract or performance of a contract as applicable.
- Draft, approve and publish content to accounts controlled by Atonimos, based on our legitimate interests in operating and documenting the company.
- Maintain business, security and legal records, based on legitimate interests and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing and international transfers
We may use hosting, security, communications and professional-service providers that process information for us. Approved content and the information required to publish it are shared with the relevant social platform. We may disclose information where law or the protection of legal rights requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we use an applicable adequacy regulation, recognised safeguard or lawful exception.
6. Retention and security
We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to respond, manage an engagement, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Authorisation is revoked when a connected platform account is disconnected. Publication and approval records may be retained as part of Atonimos’ operational record. Hosting and security logs follow the providers’ operational schedules and our security needs.
We use proportionate access and operational controls, but no online service can promise absolute security. Do not email passwords, tokens, private keys or unrestricted customer data.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, together with rights concerning consent and solely automated decisions. This website is not used to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

8. Cookies and updates
Atonimos site code does not set advertising, marketing or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technologies to route requests, maintain security and prevent abuse.
